Your 7-step goal-setting exercise

Here is a seven-step goal-setting exercise that you can use to set and achieve

goals for the rest of your life. These seven steps summarize the best techniques

that have ever been devised for setting goals, streamlining your activities, and

enabling you to accomplish vastly more than the average person.

Step No. 1: Decide exactly what you want and write it down.

As mentioned at the start of this report, this activity alone moves you into the

top 3 percent of adults and can change your life for ever.
