2. Enclose a $75.00 Application Fee* made out to WWPA. This application fee will cover a $10 Administrative fee, leaving a balance of $65 to be applied to your first quarter’s permit at time of issuance. All info below is needed to complete your application.

NOTE: Only the original applicant whose name and signature appear above may receive the parking permit when eligible. Applicants are encouraged to contact the Authority to confirm receipt of their application and to check their status on the waiting list from time to time. If there is a change of address or email address, please let this office know.

*Forfeit Clause: Customers who do not accept a parking permit when offered must make a request by email [e-mail] to refund the application deposit. This request must be made within 3 months of the permit offering. Once 3 months has lapsed the application deposit will be forfeited.
