Abstract:
In the given article the impact on ICT in learning English is 
described. Nowadays, technology is playing a vital role in every field as well as 
education. Traditional methods are not showing great impact on teaching. 
Technology is becoming a major tool for improving learners’ ability and motivating 
them. 
Key words:
ICT, education, innovation, motivation, methods, communication, 
consumers, modern technology. 
These days the importance of technology in every field of modern society is 
increasing from time to time and ,in turn, this is resulting in high levels of usage
by people. 
Information and communication technologies play a crucial role in education 
especially, in language learning. In general , ICT have brought tremendous changes 
to the way how people interact with each other, how they study , or how they 
usually manage their precious time in social media , also. 
According to Kent (2004) , “ ICT in education point of view refers to
Information and Communication Technology, such as computers; facilities and
features those variously support teaching ,learning and a range of activities in 
education.”
It is also obvious that leaning a language is a process in which online courses,
social networks , free-open access resources regarded on ICT are being profoundly 
used by the learners in order to acquire digital literacy skills with taking lessons 
, information at the same time.
