Interacts with human resources staff regarding recruitment, selection, orientation, performance appraisal, and
discipline, if necessary.

Prepares operating budgets for department; analyzes negative variances and takes corrective action as necessary.

Analyzes guest service reports and plans and implements staff training programs as necessary.
