PASSENGER AUTHORISATION LETTER

In accordance with FMCSR USDOT part 393, subpart G sec. 393.60. Unauthorized passengers are not to be transported, unless specifically authorized in writing by the motor carrier.

This is written authorization pursuant to part 393.60 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for Abubakr Mohammad Atallah ID# TD772763 OH to be transported by Najjar Atta between the dates of 2/16/2023 through 2/27/23. Under no circumstances is passenger allowed to operate the commercial motor vehicle.
