I’m going to talk about my deep love of running. Since a lot of people in my town
like to stay in shape (stay healthy/fit), you can see many people running
in the streets or stadiums in the early morning. I should mention I live
just a kilometer away from the stadium , so I like to take full advantage
(foyda olmoq) of this. Running is one of the enjoyable ways to do so. It keeps
me healthy. Running undoubtedly improves my mental and physical health
