Overlays or any other product offered at http://fixthephoto.com/ (collectively
“Product(s)”) you agree that the purchase is subject to the terms of this Product Use
License (the “Agreement”).
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FIXTHEPHOTO.COM
(HEREINAFTER MENTIONED TO AS "US”, “WE”, OR “OUR”).

THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE OPERATING THE SERVICES.
USING THE PRESENTED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THE USER ACCEPTS THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL THE CONDITIONS AND ARTICLES OF
THIS AGREEMENT, THE USER WILL NOT HAVE ANY OPPORTUNITY TO USE
THE GIVEN SERVICES.
1. License conditions. When you buy one of our Products, FixThePhoto grants to you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable,
worldwide and perpetual
license to use our Product in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Terms of use. Each user, having agreed to the Terms and Conditions, gets access
to the following actions regarding the received Products and Services:
• You may use the Product in combination with your own work to create products for
your own marketing materials or your own customers. You may change the design
elements of the Product, insert photos or text, and
other corrections as deemed
necessary by you to create photographs for your use. You may use the Product to
create derivative photos to use in advertising, promotional campaigns,
print
magazines, emails and on websites.
• You may allow your subcontracting parties or other service providers to edit and use
the Product provided, nevertheless, that such subcontractors and service providers
use the Product exclusively for your benefit and such use is otherwise in keeping
with the conditions of this Agreement.
• You may use the Product in conjunction with your photographs but may not show or
distribute the Product in substantially unedited form
• The only rights granted to you in the Product are the rights to use the Product in
accordance with this document. All rights not specifically
granted to you in this
Agreement are specifically reserved to fixthephoto.com.
3. Restrictions. The rights of using and managing the received Products and Services
are limited to the following conditions:
• You must not violate the state laws, regulations and acts regarding the use of services.
Using works with illegal, pornographic and detractive implications is strictly
prohibited.
• You may not post or send the Product in a downloadable format or as an editable
template for third parties.
• You may not incorrectly signify that you are the original designer of the Product.
4. Copyright. The FixThePhoto Company retains ownership in and to all Products, as
well as any photo contained in any Product. Under
this Agreement you are not
entitled to copy, modify, sell or distribute the whole image or any part of any Product
as expressly authorized in this Agreement. All Products are protected by United
States copyright law and international treaty. Unauthorized reproduction,
modification, sale or distributions are subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
Use of a Product in a way not exactly authorized by this Agreement will be considered
a violation of FixThePhoto Company’s property rights and the rights of their third-
