construction and infrastructure investment. Complete the course objectives and the research and discussion of the
way of cooperation. Complete the construction of big data laboratory infrastructure, basic architecture management
software platform for supporting big data technology experiment environment, the deployment of some general big
environment infrastructure. Through the introduction of external experts and professors resources, try to develop the
teaching program of big data technology and external vocational education certification program, supporting the

to achieve internal and external service on the basis of the need to allocate teaching, scientific research and

capacity. Continuously improve the large data technology and scientific teaching system from the aspects of
teaching and research and introduce the sound teaching resources.
Phase 3: Big data joint laboratory research platform project development: Through the introduction of the perfect
big data business analysis and decision-making system of Oracle, through the data collection of the cloud platform,
it carries on the data acquisition and the analysis to the learning activity of the school students and further improves
the teaching quality through date digging, deepens the reform of higher education to achieve the visual target and
data base and enhance the ability of education data service in colleges and universities[8].
4.2. Deployment and construction methods suggestions
In view of the actual situation in colleges and universities, it is suggested using the existing X86 hardware server,
through the mature integrated solution, to achieve unified deployment of cloud platform system. On the one hand, it
reduces the initial investment cost and makes use of the advantages of the horizontal extension of the cloud
computing platform. It reserves enough space for future performance capacity expansion needs. At the same time,
through the optimization of the manufacturers to optimize the overall structure of the solution. It effectively uses the
Oracle mature business solutions and industry experience. It continues to inject new technologies and projects into
the school platform. It also lays a solid foundation for the future blueprint planning.
