rate for the Trader's commission in the "Volume Fee" scheme. A position closed with negative financial 
results (loss) will not yield a commission to the Trader.

In the "Subscription Fee" scheme, the CopyFX commission received by a Trader is based solely on the 
fixed rate set in Trader's Conditions and on whether there was a positive financial result (profit) achieved by 
copying transactions from a Trader's account to an Investor's account.

It is allowed to be set from 1 to 100 USD with a step of 1 USD as a rate for the Trader's commission in 
the "Subscription Fee" scheme. An investment period with zero or negative financial results (loss) will not 
yield a commission to the Trader.

In the "No commission" scheme, the Trader does not receive any commission from the Investor.
3.9
 
When setting the Conditions, the Trader can choose to set them to be available for a Subscription to 
any potential Investor without any prior approval for entering a Subscription necessary from the Trader.
3.10
 
When setting the Conditions for a MetaTrader 4 account, the Trader can choose to set them to be 
available for Subscription by Request only. In this case, the Investor would need to submit a Request to the 
Trader to start copying transactions. A Request may either be approved or rejected by the Trader. 
3.11
 
A submitted Request for a Subscription must be reviewed by the Trader within 7 calendar days (168 
hours) from the moment of submission. Non-reviewed Requests are automatically rejected when the 
review period ends.

A submitted Request for a Subscription can be cancelled by the Investor at their own initiative via the 
CopyFX control interface. The Investor will be able to submit another Request to the same Trader 24 hours 
after cancelling the previous Request.
