WEBINAR PROMOTION
The Webinar Promotion (the “Promotion”) is applicable to any client of the St Vincent’s entity
who attends one of the monthly webinars hosted by Janne Muta and who utilises the promotion
code in order to receive $25 (or currency equivalent) in non-withdrawable trading funds.
This promotion will automatically renew on the first day of each calendar month up until such
time as the company sees fit to terminate. TIOmarkets reserves the right, as it in its sole
discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion, or any aspect
of the Promotion, at any time and without any prior notice.
Mechanic:
● Client should register with tiomarkets.com St Vincent’s entity
● Client should attend the monthly webinar hosted by Janne Muta by signing up on this
landing page:
www.tiomarkets.com/webinars
● The client should use the promotion code supplied by the webinar facilitator, when
prompted in on the Deposits page when funding their account.
● Minimum deposit to qualify for this promotion is $50 USD (or equivalent)
New and existing clients qualify for this promotion, however they can benefit from this promotion
only once.
The bonus is a fixed amount of $25 (or currency equivalent), which will be processed into
the client account by our back office within one working day.
Clients depositing in TIOx or by bank wire do not qualify for this promotion.
The client can trade using their TIOx bonus however, cannot withdraw the bonus or exchange it
or lock it into the TIOprime Pool.
Traders with the Standard, VIP or VIP Black account type qualify for this promotion. Signature,
Demo and PAMM account types do not qualify.
Any clients registered under our FCA regulated entity TIO Markets Ltd UK, do not qualify for this
promotion.
Introducing Brokers (IBs) and their referrals TIOmarkets may participate in this Promotion.
Any changes shall be at the discretion of TIOmarkets without any prior notice.
This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other TIOmarkets promotion.
TIOmarkets has the right to withdraw without prior notice the Promotion or profit gained if: a) a
breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs; b) Upon expiration of the Promotion, the trading
terms are not satisfied; c) The Company has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the

Promotion; d) Client attempts to withdraw any part of the Promotion before satisfying the
Trading Terms. e) TIOmarkets has reasonable suspicion that the Client has already or intends to
takes advantage of the Promotion.
TIOmarkets will not be liable for any margin call or losses that you may suffer, including but not
limited to losses due to Stop-out Level.
Under no circumstances shall TIOmarkets be liable for any consequences of any alteration,
amendment, suspension, cancelation or termination of the Promotion.
Any indication or suspicion of fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage, or other forms of
deceitful or fraudulent activity in a client’s account with TIOmarkets or otherwise related or
connected to the Promotion will nullify any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses
garnered therein.
TIOmarkets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that misuses or
attempts to misuse the Promotion, or breaches the present Terms and Conditions and/or any of
TIOmarkets’ Business Terms and to cancel all orders and annul all profits of such client. In these
circumstances, TIOmarkets shall not be liable for any consequences of the Promotion
cancelation.
In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of the above applicable Terms and Conditions,
such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved as TIOmarkets acting in good faith and as it
shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. TIOmarkets decision shall be final
and binding.
By participating in the Promotion, the Client acknowledges that has read and agreed to be
bound by these terms and conditions of the Promotion together with TIOmarkets’ terms and
conditions of trading.
Notwithstanding the translated language of this document, the English wording shall be the
binding version in the event of any discrepancy between the two languages.
The promotional code field is available on the DEPOSIT tab of the secure client portal for clients
depositing by credit card or e-wallet. Clients wishing to deposit by bank wire or crypto will need
to email

with their promotional code along with their client ID number
in order for their trading accounts to be credited.
