modern games cultivate team spirit
and the ability to collaborate with other people. Being able to collaborate
with other people is a crucial skill in any organization. Many jobs require
workers to 
operate
as virtual team members, just like in modern video
games. If they have developed this skill by the time they leave school, they
will stand a greater chance of finding employment. 
Furthermore,
since
video games have increased in popularity, being familiar with these
technologies can even result in careers in video game design or animation.
Playing modern games may even increase the number of job opportunities
available to young people in the future.
I strongly believe that
modern games can assist young people in
developing important skills. Therefore, modern games should be given
precedence over traditional games. While there are some traditional
games, like chess, that can aid in developing independent thinking skills in
children; the ability to think independently may be developed in a variety
of other ways, such as through reading.
