People are divided on whether or not the government should offer
financial support for the arts. Some people think that the money should
be used to improve public health and education programs.

The question of whether the
government should spend money on
the arts 
or
public health and education 
has sparked widespread public
debate
. In my opinion, more financial resources should be allocated to
health and education. Increased government funding for public health and
education is unquestionably needed for various reasons.
Possibly the most important reason to consider is that health and
education are necessary conditions for a happy, healthy society to function.
Nobody would dispute that focusing on public health and education
significantly lowers crime rates and that lower crime rates lead to
increased quality of life. Offering further funding for healthcare and
education would also lead to greater opportunities for young people and
better life expectancy for people of all ages. Patients would receive better
treatment from hospitals and healthcare centers. 
Furthermore, while 
the arts are extremely important, 
there is
evidence to suggest that
the number of individuals who rely on
government support in health care and education is increasing. As a result,
