Conclusion 
To implement multilingualism, it was decided to use artificial intelligence, as the 
positive aspects of this type were given. The main service for the implementation 
of multilingualism on the Dorul Hikmat project website was the Yandex Translator 
text translation service, since the integration is not very complicated and the 
translation is better, since the service has been developing since 2011.

Annotation: Today, digital activity is still on the rise. In the world market, the 
introduction of paper-based cases is already disappearing. Many countries have 
completely abandoned paper options for the introduction of all types of documents. 
But digitalization should not only be limited to business documents, it is worth 
noting that digitalization can also be used in education.

Each university has its own internal rules, to which every employee, student 
must adhere to these rules. Among the rules you can find certain items for students 
and for employees of the institution. Of these, it can be noted about student 
attendance, student assessment on time. All these items are closely related to the 
rating paper journal, which describes the attendance of each student, grades in 
subjects, academic performance. But the paper magazine has its drawbacks:

the paper journal gets a physical defect, deformation

the paper journal is often lost

paper journal is often filled out incorrectly

a paper magazine is sometimes not delivered to the teacher on time 
It should be noted that the dean’s office of the educational institution is also 
associated with the rating journal. In the credit system, the charter clearly states 
that if a student is absent from five lessons in a subject, the student is automatically 
not allowed to take the final exams. And also, if a student cannot score up to 30 
points, then he, just as above, is not allowed to take exams. In order for the dean’s 
staff to calculate all the grades of each student, including his attendance, it takes a 
lot of time. After all, the university does not teach only 10-15 students, but teaches 
more than 1000 students. When calculating all these data, errors are possible. 
Our findings show that by using an e-journal instead of paper-based ranking 
journals, there are many opportunities, better education in the country, and many 
problems to overcome. 
Using a specially created platform Electron Journal - an electronic journal 
for these purposes, you can speed up the process of student assessment, bypass 
errors in filling out the journal, automate the calculation of the rating and student 
attendance, and notify the student about his attendance in real time using SMS 
alerts. 
In both classroom settings and workplaces, attendance may be mandatory. 
Poor attendance by a student in a class may affect their grades or other evaluations. 
Poor attendance may also reflect problems in a student’s personal situation, and is

an indicator that "students are not developing the knowledge and skills needed for 
later success".[1] 
In the future, using data for 2-3 years, using machine learning, you can get 
statistics on subjects, in which you can find out about the stability of the subject for 
training in subsequent courses, whether it is worth promoting it further, what 
interest the audience had in this subject. 
Machine learning (ML) is the study of computer algorithms that can improve 
automatically through experience and by the use of data.[2] 
E-Journal Mobile is a mobile app for teachers that automates the entire 
process of working with a rating journal. The teacher now does not need to leaf 
through every magazine, write every column and spend a lot of time for this. Time 
is valuable. Figure 1 shows the mobile version of the E-Journal Mobile application.

The use of an electronic rating magazine in educational institutions will 
involve openness, will work against corruption between student and teacher. You 
can also add an artificial intelligence module for processing that can analyze the 
academic performance of an educational institution and give useful tips for 
improving the educational process in an educational institution. This will help 
improve education and speed up the processing of human labor.
