8-БЎЛИМ. ХАРАЖАТЛАР ВА СОЛИҚЛАР 
Совға (лар) ни олиш билан боғлиқ равишда пайдо 
бўладиган ҳар қандай харажатлар, солиқлар ва божлар 
Совғани олувчи Иштирокчи томонидан тўланади, 
Ташкилотчи ўз устига олган харажатлар бундан мустасно.
Ташкилотчи Иштирокчи (лар) да содир бўлиши мумкин 
бўлган ҳар қандай харажатлар учун, шу жумладан, бу 
билан чекланмасдан, долзарб линия рақамларида чақириш, 
Ташкилотчи веб-сайтига кириш, Совға (лар) ни олиш 
ва/ёки Ташкилотчи офисига ва/ёки Ташкилотчининг 
ҳудудий бўлинмаларига келиш харажатлари, ушбу Промо-

OTHER 
CONDITIONS 
REGARDING THE PRIZE(S) 
The Organizer may require additional documents to 
transfer the Prize(s). 
The Organizer shall not bear responsibility if the 
Winner of the Promotional Offer cannot use the 
Prize(s) for any reason beyond the control of the 
Organizer, including due to the absence of any of the 
documents required to receive the Prize(s), or for any 
other reason, if any. The rights to receive the Prize 
CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BY the Winner(s) of 
the Promotional Offer to any other person without the 
permission of the Organizer. 
The Organizer shall not bear any costs or liability 
under any circumstances that prevent the Winner from 
receiving the Prize(s) and which occurred for any 
reasons that are beyond the control of the Organizer, 
including, but not limited to, the following: 
- inability to receive and/or
- impossibility to receive and/or
- provide any documents or permits required to receive 
the Prize(s); 
In all matters that are not regulated by these Official 
Rules, the Organizer and Participants shall be guided 
by the current legislation of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan. 
SECTION 7. CONSENT OF THE WINNERS 
The presentation of the Prize(s) may be organized as a 
public event with the participation of mass media, 
audio, photo and video recordings. By participating in 
this Promotional Offer, the Participant(s), if he or she 
is the Winner of the Promotional Offer, agrees that 
their name, surname, patronymic, address and photo 
may be made public and used in audio, photo and 
video materials by the Organizer at its discretion

победителем Промо-акции, соглашается с тем, что их 
имя, фамилия, отчество, адрес и фотография могут 
быть обнародованы и использованы в аудио-, фото- и 
видео 
материалах 
Организатором 
по 
своему 
усмотрению без какой-либо компенсации. Победители 
обязаны проинформировать и предупредить всех 
сопровождающих лиц об этом предварительном 
условии, если будет организовано презентационное 
мероприятие. 
Каждый Участник, который претендует на Приз(-ы), 
согласен с тем, что его / ее имя, фамилия, отчество, 
адрес, номера телефонов, а также фото / видео и 
аудиозаписи будут доступны для общественности 
любым способом, который Организатор может 
посчитать необходимым по своему усмотрению и 
могут использоваться Организатором в любых аудио-, 
фото- и видеоматериалах без получения каких-либо 
дополнительных соглашений или разрешений от 
Участника(-ов), без выплаты какой-либо компенсации 
Участнику(-ам) и без необходимости дополнительного 
уведомления.
