Bio data 
Jaclyn Shi Ing Ng
 
is a lecturer in the School of Education and Social Development, 
Universiti Malaysia Sabah. She received her B. Sc with Ed TESL (Hons) from Universiti 
Teknologi Malaysia. She obtained a M Ed TESOL from Universiti of Edinburgh, U.K. She 
has 10 years of English Language teaching experience at Secondary and Higher 
Education levels in Malaysia. She is interested in CALL/TELL, E-learning, (digital)materials 
development in language learning, methodology and teacher professional development. 
Lee Kean Wah
(PhD) is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education and Social 
Development, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. He received his B. Ed TESL and PhD in Applied 
Linguistics from Lancaster University, U.K. He also holds a M Ed TESL from UTM. He has 
more than 20 years of teaching experience, teaching English at all levels of Basic and 
Higher Education in Malaysia. He has keen interests in a number of areas of study, 
particularly those relating to teacher professional development, TESL methodology
language testing, materials development in language learning, CALL and e-learning. 
Tan Choon Keong 
(PhD) is an Associate Professor with The School of Education and 
Social Development in Universiti Malaysia Sabah at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, East Malaysia. 
He had served 12 years as a lecturer in the discipline of e-learning, multimedia and 
educational technology at the university. Prior to this job attachment, he served as a 
secondary school teacher for 16 years specialising in teaching and learning pedagogy. His 
main interest in research is on the use of ICT to improve the creative potentials of 
undergraduates and school children. He had published numerous journal papers on 
creativity, e-learning and multimedia in higher education.
