Abstract:
The structure and operational characteristics of industrial inhibitors have been studied
considering that the problems of the oil production and refining industry around the world are
associated with corrosion, which reduces the service life of equipment, increases energy and
water consumption by 28-32%. The active components of this type of corrosion inhibitors-
heterocyclic compounds including imidozoline is used.
In order to synthesize ethylenediamine, which is the main raw material for the production
of imidozoline, studies on the catalytic changes of monoethanolamine were carried out selecting
the system of catalystswith SNMXA serieswith ZnO: NiO:CuO:Сr
2
О
3
:Аl
2
O
3
and compared with
pure and purified MEA raw materials. A chemical-thermal method of purification of the residue
of the cube by vacuum driving MEA was proposed, and it was found that the products of
evaporative composition at low temperatures, which affect the amination reaction, are
completely eliminated. Optimal conditions of MEA amination reaction were studied, MEA
amineification was carried out at a temperature of 130 -
180°C at a pressure of 20 MPa
