Abstract.
The questions of the design and operation of electronic generators for ultrasonic 
intensification of processes in gaseous media are considered. Based on the analysis of the 
features of modern piezoelectric oscillatory systems with disk radiators performing bending 
vibrations of large amplitude (quality factor, multifrequency, multilayer piezoelements), general 
requirements for electronic generators and new approaches and circuit solutions are 
formulated. for continuous monitoring of system parameters and establishment of optimal

operating modes of the electronic generator. The study of the structure of generators is 
important in determining the ultrasonic parameters. Emitters of this type are distinguished by a 
high quality factor, multifrequency, and if the conditions for frequency matching and the 
presence of harmonics in the supply voltage are not met, they have a high probability of 
excitation at a parasitic harmonic. When creating electronic generators, it is necessary to take 
into account that the wave resistance of gaseous media is orders of magnitude less than, for 
example, liquids. This requires a more powerful "rocking" of the ultrasonic oscillatory system by 
an electronic generator.
