Conclusion
Thus, the developed fiber-optic reflectometric sensors with vacuum coatings have
improved characteristics and can be successfully used in a number of measurements of the
moving surface of various objects. They make it possible to read any microprofile with high
accuracy (fractions of a micron) and to study the vector field of micro-oscillations also with
great accuracy, visualizing the volumetric dynamic relief of broadband low-frequency
oscillations.
Such a sensor is very convenient for use in medicine, since it literally sticks to the part of
the skin under study and allows, almost without distortion, to remove the studied vibrations, for

example, the pulse of an artery. Also, this sensor design can be used for acoustic and
hydrological studies.
