Determination of microquantities of heavy and toxical metals in natural and technological wa-
ters has remained actual problems. For determination of low contents of some elements their concen-
trating with following determination by physical or physico-chemical methods are used. Between
methods of concentrating the sorbtional method allowing to carried out sorbtional concentrating of
microquantities from large volumes of solutions on the relative small sorbent’s mass is the most effec-
tive. For sorbtional concentrating and following determination of elements some sorbents on the base
of fibrons materials possessing methanical strong and high specifical surface are presented some inter-
est. Absence of own colour has allowed to use them at investigation of prosesses of complexofor-
mation on surface and elaboration of sorbtional photometrical and test-methods for determination of
ions of some elements.
Different methods of cadmium detection have been developed, but each method has its own
drawbacks. Therefore, the development of sensitive, selective, low-detection hybrid methods for the
detection of cadmium ions is a topical issue today.
The aim of this investigation was concluded in elaboration of method of sorbents obtaine by
consecutive modificating by hexamethylenediamine (sorbent SMA-1) and hydroxylamine (sorbent
SMA-2) and immobilization on their surface sueferderivatives of some organical reagents and also
methods of sorbtional-spectroshopic and test-method of determination of ions of heavy and toxical
metals in particular ions of mercury.
Optimal conditions of sorbtional concentrating determination of ions of Fe (I), Fe(III), Cu(II),
Pb(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Al(III) and Cr(III) by synthesized sorbents have been determines [1,2].
Factors influencing on stability of surface lower of organic compounds and fields of application of
synthesized new sorbents.
Also possibility of sorbtional devision and following determination ions Hg(II) and Cd(II)
with using of fibrons bearer modified by reagent 1-nitrozo-2-naphtol-3,6-sulfoacid has been shown.
On the base of investigation of sorbtional processes and spectroshopical characteristics of metals com-
plexes on sorbents surface and also in solutions with analogical reagentsmechanisms of interaction of
mercury ions with functional groups of sorbents has been proposed and also compositions of obtained
complexes were determined.
Conditions of prognosiding sorbtional and analytical properties of immolized sorbents on the
base of bearers modified by hexamethylendiamine and complex-forming organic reagents have been
detiermined. Also data about interconnection of construction optical, electonical and some chemical
properties of complexe compounds of Hg(II) with immobilized on polymerical bearers 1-nitro-2-
naphtol-3,6-disulfoacid [3] are presented.
Method of sorbtion-photometrical of mercury determination (limit of zevealing 0,005mg) in
natural and technoganic waters has been elaborated and also test-methods of it’s determination will
revealing limit on the level 0,5-5,0 mkg/l have been proposed.
The method is preferred because it is synthesized on the basis of local raw materials and can
be reused in the presence of 1n sulphate acid. The developed method is preferred because it is
inexpensive, environmentally safe, and capable of analysis under normal conditions.
