ON ADDITIONAL MEASURES TO ORGANIZE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE
YEOJU TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN TASHKENT
Regarding the training of highly qualified personnel for the sectors of the economy of
the republic in accordance with international requirements and standards in the field of
architecture
and urban planning,
construction, alternative energy, tourism and business and, in
order to further strengthen public-private partnerships in the field of higher education, develop
long-term relations with leading higher educational institutions of foreign countries and improve
the Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1.
The following:
a)
A joint venture in the form of a Limited Liability Company “Yeoju Technical Institute
in Tashkent” (hereinafter referred to as the Institute), which is organized
in partnership with
“Global Education School”, a non-governmental educational institution and “YUKET LLC”
LLC (Republic of Korea) (hereinafter referred to as Founder), started its operation from
September 2018 on the basis of a license issued by the State Inspectorate for Educational
Quality according to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from
March 27, 2018 of No. 241 "About licensing of operation in the field of non-governmental
educational services";
b)
The main objectives of the Institute are indicated by organizers as follows:
Architectural and urban planning, construction,
renewable energy, tourism and the
development of the country in accordance with the prospects of socio-economic development of
the country, taking into account the needs of the labor market, as well as the goals of
the Strategy
of Action in five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021,
training of highly qualified personnel in the field of business and other required areas;

The systematic organization of student practice in institutions engaged in the field of
architecture and urban designing, civil engineering, renewable energy, tourism and
business;
-
The implementation of foreign experience, modern pedagogical and information-
communication technologies in the organization of the educational process, the
involvement
of qualified foreign, trained and internationally trained specialists in the
educational process;

Carrying out innovative and research activities in the areas of architecture and urban
designing, civil engineering, renewable energy,
tourism and business, taking into
account the need for scientific research;

Establishing strong cooperation and integration with research and educational
institutions, organizations in the field of architecture and urban design, civil engineering,
renewable energy, tourism and business.
2.
Establishment:
The Institute is a non-governmental higher educational institution in the form of a limited
liability company;
The Rector of the Institute is appointed and dismissed by the founders in
coordination
with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
The Institution's structure is approved by the founders;
