inie) is designed for heating steel 
sheet metal (so called blanks) to max. temperature 950 °C. The dimensions of the sheet metals 
are defined in technical specification. The blanks are made from materials suitable for hot 
forming with Al-Si coating. Processing of different coating is prohibited, e.g. Zn. The 
processing of other products is prohibited, alternatively must be approved in writing by the 
supplier of the machine.
The fuel for gas furnace is NG (natural gas), change is not permitted and it is not possible to 
use different type of fuel. Electrical furnaces are heated electrically using heating spirals. 
Loading and removing the blanks must not be performed manually. Max. packet dimensions 
are defined in technical specification.

Use of the machinery for other than the specified purposes is strictly prohibited and safe 
operation cannot be guaranteed. The use for the specified purpose includes the compliance 
with the operating manual and the compliance with the manufacturer and legally specified 
operating conditions, maintenance conditions, inspection, and treatment. The manufacturer’s 
warranty also terminates in cases of unauthorized changes on the machinery. The machinery 
has been constructed for use by trained operators. 
It is a partly completed machinery according to EU 2006/42/EC designated to be incorporated 
in a hot forming line. 
Partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery into which 
it is to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of the EU 
2006/42/EC Directive.
