ABSTRACT
 The article discusses the grounds for deprivation and restriction of parental 
rights as a measure of parental responsibility for improper performance of parental 
duties. Parenthood of parents in relation to children of duties, abuse of paternal 
rights, child abuse, use of physical force or psychological influence, commission of a 
deliberate crime against the health and health of their children, in a word, not 
ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the child in the family, issues such as, 
can be classified as cases related to deprivation of parental rights covering these 
issues in family law, the need for scientific research of interrelated relationships. 
Proceeding from this, I would like to note that for the purpose of scientific research 
of relations related to the deprivation of parental rights, studying their grounds, 
causes and consequences, as well as improving legislation related to the deprivation 
of parental rights, eliminating dysfunctional families in the republic that have a 
negative impact on the education and upbringing of children, ensuring respect for 
rights and legitimate the interests of children in each family, as well as ensuring their 
legitimate interests.
