ensuring  data  transparency  and  security  by  paying  particular  attention  to  only  collect 

and  process  the  data  that  is  absolutely  necessary  for  providing  a  particular 

administrative  service.  The  protection  of  the  providing  systems  is  vital  for  the 

acceptance of eGovernment services as well.
