CONCLUSION
Thus, the process of forming a competent teacher of mathematics in a 
teacher training university, as well as other specialists, is based on the 
requirements of consumers for the competent level of a graduate, as well as an 
applicant who has a competency-based readiness to study at a university. 
The process of forming a competent teacher is supported by controlling, 
limiting influences (state standard, competencies, competent levels) and resources 
(teachers, methodological support, material and technical support, conditions for 
passing pedagogical practice).
