Given the importance of the use of advanced irrigation water-saving 
technologies in increasing the efficiency of water resources, the leadership of our 
country supports the development of this area. 
There is another issue that is important for the conditions of the Republic in 
irrigated agriculture, which will be alleviated as a result of the introduction of drip 
irrigation. This is due to the fact that it is difficult to ensure the movement of water 
using traditional tips when irrigating crops in mountainous and foothill areas with 
very high slopes and slopes. Such problems include the following organizational 
and economic problems:

- The fact that the use of water resources in agriculture in our country is 
almost non-monetary (despite the large allocation of funds from the state budget 
for the water use system, there is no direct payment for water for individual 
farmers) does not encourage efficient and economical use of water. In the water 
management system, real energy-saving technologies can be implemented only in 
areas where water is used for a fee or where there is a shortage of water;

- Lack of experience in drip irrigation in farms of the country, lack of 
understanding of the advantages of this method; 
- Lack of specialists in the introduction of drip irrigation technology and lack 
of skills in using this method; 
- Objective and subjective problems, such as maintenance of equipment and 
facilities in the field of drip irrigation technology, consulting, lack of a system for 
the production of spare parts.
