«INTRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE
CONCEPT OF REWRITING TO MASS MEDIA»
Annotation.
This article, along with the history and development of the
introduction of rereading into the mediamacon, gives opinions of foreign scientists on
the technique of processing the text in a new way. At the same time, the processes that
lead to the development of the rerait method and the increase in the speed of the
appearance of information on the internet have positive effects on the prestige of the
media.

With the emergence of the method of rewriting in mass media, a new twist in the
activities of the writer specialists appeared. Rewriting-coming from English word
combination “re-writing”, means to rewrite a text [17].
Rewriting the text existed as early as the 1st century BC. Julius Caesar created the
arm of the most important innovations of the Roman Empire. His ancient "gazetas",
for example," the Senate of Deyania (Senate works)"," Hall works (Deyania naroda) "
were written on loy tablets. The world's first digital Bulletin jegan print gazeta was
published in China in the 8th century. Its basis was the decrees of the emperor and the
most important innovations. "Stolichny vestnik" is written (scratched), cut into boards
of hieroglyphs (notification of the capital). The German newspaper "flying saucers"
was invented by Iogannes Gutenberg at the end of the 15th century. Years later, the 1st
modern French newspaper La Gazette was published in 1631 year, which was called
the mass media [13,17].
In the 1930-ies, regular TV shows began to be shown in many countries of the
world. The mass emergence of the media has brought about high demand for journalists
specializing in the creation of various texts. The emergence of mass media influenced
222
the development of copywriting significantly later on the development and spread of
rewriting [15,18].
Based on the information received from the literature, it can be said that the
problem of rewriting the text, that is, the penetration into the media of Omani, began
in the middle of the 20th century after the completion of foreign researchers. But
already at the beginning of the 21-th century by Russian writers began to talk about the
method of rewriting. At the same time, in the articles published on this topic, questions
were also asked whether rewriting should be considered "the end of journalism". For
Example, E.M.In the article of Jacobs," rewriting " are given conclusions not only in
the field of journalism, but also in the field of science. In the same article, it is reported
that rewriting can be carried out in two different ways, the first is the actual processing
of the source material in a different way, the second is the creation of complex text
using several sources. As early as the late 1960s, researchers were interested in the
question of whether it was good or bad for journalists to switch to "rewriting" [16,17].
Foreign, for example, to French scientists, they began to talk about rewriting in
journalism back in 1969 year. A.In KENS's article "content analysis in journalistic
rewriting", concepts are given on how to evaluate rewriting in journalism [14,17].
Within the framework of the given topic M.Duzi's article" understanding
journalism as a novelty, how it changes and how it remains unchanged " is devoted to
all the changes that are included in journalism. The author concludes that over time,
journalism will become a "production of news", in his opinion, it can also be fatal for
those who are accustomed to the old working style. The author believes that the essence
of this method is that practitioners evaluate these changes positively. Because without
them, journalism can not receive news quickly enough, on the basis of which it is
possible to use later reports, notes, analytical materials, etc.k.
will be created.
The reason for the development of the Rerayt method is the speed of the
appearance of information on the Internet, which does not allow each journalist to
obtain information on his own. The task of media journalists is to collect, retrieve,
process, re-edit to found new information, together with adding their own thoughts and
223
details, within the framework of a certain genre, for example, reportage, to visit the
place of the event.
Based on the above, we can say that the phenomenon of rewriting has not yet been
sufficiently studied, and it can be concluded that this USL was required to be in an
etiotic relationship. Interest in rewriting by Russian and foreign scientists promises to
contribute to a more accurate application of new terms in modern media speech [7].
Periodic based on the information in the archives, it can be said that the second
condemnation of history from 1999 year was rewritten by journalists [16,17].
Rewriters are widely distributed in major national journals, in which journalists spread
new messages. And the rewriter takes a new informational material and processes it
with a more authentic and more powerful content than the original. The rewriter is a
person who works in an office or his own game, not on the street, taking the information
reported by others and rewriting it into new effective stories .
In the literature, there are various opinions and forecasts about the current state of
journalism, about its future fate. Of particular interest are the methods of creating news
reports, which are aimed at making use of the entire volume of information that is
spreading on the Internet. One such method is text processing, which consists in
recreating Internet news messages by retrieving content from a variety of sources. Such
developing event is presented in electronic form, complete and varied information. As
well, multimedia text editing aspects and media conversion functions are also very
relevant for this area.
To date, several special agencies have been operating on the study of rewriting.
In particular, in 2000-2003 he comprehensively studied the problems of editing
information materials produced by local news agencies, ITAR-TASS, RIA news,
Interfax. Most of the results and conclusions obtained will remain in force for the
rewriting of multimedia messages. Therefore, the author must consider that it is
worthwhile not to repeat what has been studied, but to pay attention in the first place
to the peculiarities of editing due to multimedia and rewriting [4,11].
It is very important in itself to learn how to create news by rewriting. The role of
this method is associated with the emergence of modern technical capabilities: if
224
earlier, it was necessary to create information (text, photo, video, etc.) for the
preparation of the news report. For example, an interview, being on the scene,
conducting a survey, taking pictures, writing a text, etc.k. However, with the advent
of the Internet, the situation has changed dramatically. On the internet, a huge number
of different types of news data are spread, immediately appeared, updated and
commented. These are professional media messages, official statements, opinions of
bloggers, reports of witnesses and others, that is, information already available
[6,9,10].
Such a historical turn in journalism was negatively appreciated by many activists
of that time. Later, by the end of the 19 century and the beginning of the 20 century,
many states, in order to convey to the future generation, in an understandable way, the
history of their land, draw their attention to the rewriting of the history of the state.
Against this background, this method by the Internet media began to grab the attention
of many [8,10,17].
