Quality integrated educational environment in the field of culture: a 
specialized school in the field of culture, professional training of teachers of 
higher education institutions based on practice and intensive 
communication with stakeholders, innovative experience of future 
specialists of cultural institutions creation of a training environment on the 
basis of existing practices, shortening the period of acquisition of 
professional skills by young professionals; 
The environment for the creation of a new generation of textbooks: the 
creation of a new generation of teaching, educational, methodological, 
scientific literature, tools and didactic materials in pedagogical education, 
as well as
• Project implementation mechanism: 
• Development of cluster concept; 
• Selection of a leading institution for the cluster; 
• Formation of cluster subjects; 
• Determining the direction of the cluster;

Subjects involved in the cluster system: cultural institutions where 
students, masters and doctoral students practice, educational, research, 
innovative and design activities, which serve as an experimental base for 
training and experience; scientific and scientific-methodical structures, 
centers, research institutes engaged in and defining joint research activities; 
initiative groups in the field of culture, public associations, governmental 
and non-governmental organizations; foreign higher education institutions 
and research centers in the field of culture 
Expected results The study of regional ethnocultural features and their 
integration into the content of education The participation of leading 
professors and teachers of educational institutions in the field of culture in 
the activities of cultural institutions and on the basis of clusters formation of 
training bases. Creating a system that provides internal and intersectoral
