Implementation of the research results. 
The results of the research work 
are used: 
the conceptual idea and proposals concerning the term "corruption" were 
taken into account when developing the textbook "Combating Corruption: main 
tasks" (certificate No. 359-215 of 2020, in accordance with the order of the 
Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
No. 359 dated June 30, 2020). The introduction of this proposal served to form and 
develop the knowledge and skills of the teaching staff, students and cadets 
studying in the specialty, students of the faculty of advanced training of higher 
educational institutions, as well as employees of bodies engaged in combating 
corruption-related crimes; 
proposals on the qualification of articles of the Criminal Code of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the commission of crimes by abuse of 
official powers, are reflected in paragraph 3 of the " Regulations on the procedure 
for awarding persons who reported corruption offenses or otherwise assisted in the 
fight against corruption", approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 
the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 829 of December 31, 2020 (Act of the Department 
of Legal Support of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 
12/21-28 of May 28, 2021). The introduction of this proposal served to obtain a 
clearer picture of the criminal situation in the country, to improve the current 
problems and shortcomings of existing mechanisms for the prevention of offenses 
and combating crime; 
proposals for awarding persons who reported corruption offenses or 
otherwise assisted in the fight against corruption are reflected in paragraph 9 of the 
"Regulations on the procedure for awarding persons who reported corruption 
offenses or otherwise assisted in the fight against corruption", approved by 
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 829 of 
December 31, 2020 (Act of the Legal Support Department of the Cabinet of 
Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 12/21-28 of May 28, 2021). These 
proposals served to improve the economic and legal mechanism for awarding 
persons who reported corruption-related offenses or otherwise assisted in the fight 
against corruption;

proposals on the procedure for awarding persons who reported the evidence 
relevant for the investigation and disclosure of corruption-related crimes was used 
in the development of paragraph 10 "Regulations on the procedure for awarding 
persons who reported corruption offenses or otherwise assisted in the fight against 
corruption", approved by Resolution No. 829 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 (Act of the Department of Legal 
Support of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 28, 
2021, No. 12/21-28). These proposals served to further improve the mechanisms 
for investigating and solving crimes related to corruption.
