Stages of anti-crisis management of macroeconomy
:
 
1) diagnostics and forecasting of crisis phenomena and processes; 2) revealing the macroeconomy problems; 3) estimating their causes and effects;
4) estimating the availability of ready measures to eliminate them; 5) estimating the urgency of the problem; 6) estimating the significance of the 
problem; 7) elaboration and substantiation of anti-crisis measures (including alternative ones) taking into account the strategic plans of the country, he 
institutional environment, the domestic and foreign experience; 8) discussion of anti-crisis measures with the regional and municipal authorities, business 
community and citizens; 9) selection or elaboration of the best anti-crisis measures and their detailization; 10) systematization and improvement of the 
anti-crisis measures; 11) ranking and correction of the anti-crisis measures based on the scheme of their financing; 12) compilation and implementation of 
the detailed plans for the anti-crisis measures’ implementation; 13) estimation of the possibility to correct and the actual correction of anti-crisis plans
(in case of low quality of their implementation); 14) estimation of the necessity to further eliminate the crisis situations; 15) cancellation of anti-crisis 
measures or their elements which should not be implemented after the acute crisis is eliminated; 16) continuing the anti-crisis measures or their elements 
which develop economy; 17) specification of these measures for the state of hidden crisis in the economy; 18) optimization of the algorithm of anti-crisis
