a study is achieved through previously proven reflections of the processes 
used in earlier researches. This study will use the model which has already 
been used and tested in a previous research. While on the other hand, the 
reliability can be achieved in the research if it is possible to repeat 
essentially the ability the study with the same unit of analysis again
(Hirsj
ä
rvi & Hurme, 2004; Yin, 2003). The reliability of this study stems from 
the 
well-planned 
methodology, 
which 
would 
provide the opportunity to conduct the same research again. According to 
(Hirsj
ä
rvi et al., 2004), generalizability then refers to the ability to apply the 
findings of the study to different contexts than the one applied in the 
research itself (Eriksson & Kovalainen, 2015). This study lacks 
generalizability due to the fact that the respondents can be biased in sharing 
their opinions but this study can work as a guideline to construct theories for 
further researches in the similar context.

3.12 Ethical Considerations
As per the guidelines by (Eriksson & Kovalainen, 2015), this research will be 
conducted by an equal level of respect among the participants, informed 
consent about recording and anonymity will be granted if requested. 
Interviewees will voluntarily participate in this research and permission to 
record the interviews will be obtained prior to the interview.

The degree of convergence will be identified by comparing the empirical 
patterns found in one case to other cases. In order to confirm the theoretical 
propositions articulated in theoretical model, convergent empirical patterns 
and theoretical patterns will be compared through inter-sites comparison and 
Table 2 will be filled with the results of inter-sites comparison in Chapter 4.
