10 Op-Code: Mode 10 Initiate Diagnostic Operation

Description: 
 
The 10 Op-Code builds a standard mode 10 message. This service allows e.g. the tester to disable the setting 
of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). This service is not required before requesting other services. For the 
activation of each level of operation one request message is required. A mode 20 or a Tester Present timeout 
deactivates a previous initiated diagnostic operation level. 
Periodic 3E (Tester Present) service is required to keep activated levels active.
