be the development and implementation of computer projects, including the
implementation of professional activities.
The Outcome Evaluation Block includes the basics for selecting the levels,
criteria, and indicators for developing future independent engineers ’skills through
the use of electronic resources and process outcomes. It serves to determine the level
of development of independent learning skills in future engineers.
The first step in developing students ability to use e-learning resources is to
learn to use e-learning resources independently. We have created a simple and easy-
to-use e-learning resource program on the subject of “Information Technology”
using the programming language С++ Builder 6. In our e-learning resource provided
by this software application, we have provided several ways to independently master
the topics covered in the fandom and to control the level of mastery of the topics.
Using this software application, students will be able to strengthen their knowledge
and skills acquired during the lessons, as well as the ability to self-monitor
independently. Below is the software application created on the subject “Information
Technology” “Spreadsheets. MS Excel program” information window. After getting
acquainted with each topic, the student will have the opportunity to test their
knowledge and skills by performing tests on the topic, and will be able to draw
conclusions based on the test results (1-picture).

Using the software application, students are provided with a sequence of tasks
on the topic during the practical training, which allows students to perform tasks
independently on the option. Through the Assignment section at the bottom of the
application window, students will be able to assess their own knowledge and skills
on the topic, ie self-monitoring. (2- picture).
During these tasks, students will be able to work with formulas in MS Excel,
as well as learn the rules of writing and calculating formulas independently.
In conclusion, the role of e-learning resources in the formation of independent
learning skills in future engineers is invaluable. In addition to developing students'
ability to work independently, e-learning resources serve to build and develop skills
such as self-study, independent decision-making, and ongoing research.
