Possible answers:
tiger, monkey, rabbit, snake, horse, goat, rooster, dog, dragon,pig, cow and mouse. Elicit all the
words and write them on the board. Ask the pupils:
„Why are these 12 animals together?‟
Elicit all the ideas. Help, if it is
difficult for them to guess. Explain that they gave names to every New Year.

Ask the pupils to listen to the DVD and repeat the words. Play the DVD twice.Explain the meaning of the new words.
Now, return to the list of the animals and ask the pupils to call it with the new animals.
