Materials and Preparation: 
There is no need for any materials to be made for this activity. 
Division of Labour for ALT and JTE: 
The ALT should be primarily in charge of explaining the actions through demonstration, as well as 
starting the game as the mother. The JTL should be in charge of making sure the students are not 
cheating, taking the right amount of steps, and helping the new “mother” accomplish her role.
Suggestions and Advice: 
There is the potential for rowdy kids to not listen to the instructions and just hop or run forward.
There needs to be a policing of the students, as well as showing them the correct method of how to 
proceed. Make sure that you properly demonstrate all the actions before playing.
