My visit to the Loot Desert was a wonderful experience and the place was 
extremely beautiful. To be frank, everyone loves to visit in the day time but I 
am a bit different in this case. I love to travel in nights and have visited a good 
number of places so far. Dasht-e-Loot is one of the beautiful places that the 
memories are still vivid in my mind. This is a great question to deal with and 
thank you for this cue card topic. Here goes a brief description of the place and 
my experience.
The spelling of this place is varied. And the place is also known as the Loot 
Desert. In fact, this is a large salt desert and has its area among three provinces 
including Baluchistan, Kerman and Sistan Provinces. This is also the 25th 
largest desert in the world. The temperature in the area is higher than average. 
So, this is not suitable for daytime.
I went to Iran for a business trip for a week and luckily completed the tasks 
before the deadline. So, I had plenty of times to spend in the country and 
visited the most beautiful places there. And this was one of the wonderful 
places in the country. Our guide took us to the desert for some grounds. It was 
also a UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Iran and one of the hottest places in the 
entire country. The average temperature of the locality is measured as 700 
Celsius. So, all the plans were made during the nighttime.
I work for a multinational company based in Jakarta. It was an official trip to 
Iran to explore opportunities for my company. Everything went well with the 
visiting purpose. In this trip, I was accompanied by one my bosses and two 
other colleagues who were expert in marketing strategies for a new product 
that the company wanted to launch in Iran. So, it was a team of four members 
and I played the vital role there. The other companions were also happy after 
visiting the place. We actually enjoyed the nighttime activities, passing nights 
in camps and more other enjoyable activities.
The desert was a peaceful place for many reasons. First of all, it was a calm 
place and there were fewer crowds. Due to the geographical location and 
excessive temperature, people did not prefer this place. But I found a 
wonderful beauty of nature there. This was an unforgettable venue for

nighttime activities. During the nighttime, the entire sky was above us and we 
were mesmerised with the view. Camping was the most attractive activity 
there and cooking under the open sky provided a new experience to all of us. 
The ridges and furrows of the desert were also adorable. Based on all the 
reasons, I think this was a beautiful place.
