The evaporative cooling or air washer process creates a sensible cool-
ing effect by lowering the dry-bulb temperature, but increases the rel-
ative humidity in so doing.

Humidification
As noted above, moisture may be added and humidity increased by
the evaporative cooling process. This usually requires reheat or mixing
