G–15. Department of the Army Civilian language training
DA Civilians in language-coded positions can use the online resources defined in appendix D of this pamphlet for
language sustainment. DA Civilians must have the requirement for a foreign language documented in their position
description and be assigned to a job requiring the foreign language in order to be eligible for resident language training
and FLPP. Process requests for resident language instruction through DA Civilian personnel training channels. In
