This educational and methodical complex is intended for students 3 courses of the direction of the 
highest sisterly business on a subject nurse business in neurology. Training of students in a subject 
nervous diseases preparation for independent work by development of theoretical, methodical and 
practical skills taking into account requirements of state standard for a subject nervous diseases, 
including clinical anatomy of nervous system, the main symptoms of nervous diseases, an etiology, 
pathogenesis, a clinical current, inspection methods, a role of nurses is at treatment and mastering 
skills of rendering the emergency sisterly help at some sharp neurologic states. By means of this 
educational and methodical complex at students it is formed knowledge of definition of concept of 
neurologic diseases, their etiology, pathogenesis, classification, clinical manifestations, a current, 
complications, the principle of treatment and prevention. Role of nurses, sisterly process at 
diagnosis of nervous diseases, drawing up the sisterly diagnosis, care of patients on nurse business. 
Thanks to this textbook at students it is developed skills on diagnostic – to paraclinical inspection of 
neurologic patients and a role of nurses in it. The student has to be able to own skills of construction 
and a formirovka of the sisterly diagnosis, drawing up the sisterly plan of inspection and a role of 
nurses at treatment of neurologic patients, rendering sisterly first aid at sharp neurologic states. The 
student has to master pharmacokinetics of the preparations applied in neurology know sisterly skills 
of interpretation of results of additional methods of research of neurologic patients (EEG, REG, 
ENMG, EHOES, a nuclear magnetic resonance tomography of a head and spinal cord, a 
koagulogramm and likvorologichesky research). On this educational and methodical complex for 
the best development of a subject test questions, situational tasks, control questions, indicative 
slides, practical skills in this subject are stated.
