It has high gross profit margins, high earnings potential, large potential market, 

proven demand, prospects are easily identifiable and ‘targetable’

specific magazines, watch specific TV shows, attend specific events, type specific 

keywords into online search engines, are on specific mailing lists)

, high transactional 

value, it builds me a mailing list of clients, it creates passive income streams (DVDs of 

the events, and other derivative products)… BUT: the business is not highly 

leverageable and scalable, there’s low business saleability because at the moment 

the business cannot operate without me, there is a lot of competition and low 

barriers to entry.
