E- technology is the use of both physical hardware, software, and educational theoretic to
facilitate learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate
technological processes and resources

It encompasses several domains including learning theory, computer-based training, online
learning, and where mobile technologies are used, m-learning. Accordingly, there are several
discrete aspects to describing the intellectual and technical development of educational
technology:
E- technology as the theory and practice of educational approaches to learning.
E- technology as technological tools and media, for instance massive online courses, that assist
in the communication of knowledge, and its development and exchange. This is usually what
people are referring to when they use the term "EdTech".
E- technology for learning management systems (LMS), such as tools for student and curriculum
management, and education management information systems (EMIS).
E- technology as back-office management, such as training management systems for logistics
and budget management, and Learning Record Store (LRS) for learning data storage and
analysis.
E- technology itself as an educational subject; such courses may be called "Computer Studies"
or "Information and communications technology (ICT)".
Now need of the organization of process of training evolved from modern information and
communicative technologies where as information sources all are more widely used electronic means,
first of all, the global telecommunication Internet. Computers intensively interfere in our life. Each
modern educated person has to have at least elementary knowledge, work skills
on the personal
computer
, i.e. to be information the competent. The computer — operational means of presentation in
training, the assistant in working off of practical abilities of pupils, in the organization and carrying
out poll and control of school students, and also control and an assessment of homeworks, in work with
schemes, tables, schedules, symbols etc., in editing texts and correction of mistakes in creative works
of pupils. Feature of the computer (programmed) training is the poshagovost of independent activity of
pupils promoting activization of educational process, and also existence of operational feedback on the
basis of which the individualization and differentiation of training is possible. Use of information and
communicative technologies allows:

• to stir up cognitive activity of pupils;
• to conduct lessons at the high esthetic and emotional level;
• to provide high extent of differentiation of training (almost an individualization);
• to increase the volume of the performed work at a lesson by 1,5-2 times;
• to improve control of knowledge;
• it is rational to organize educational process, to increase efficiency of a lesson;
• to form skills of originally research activity;
• to provide access to various help systems, electronic libraries, other information resources.
Nowadays prosperous conditions for electronic business development have been formed due to
intensive processes of globalization and increasing extents of competition. Development of
traditional business processes is not sufficient in order to reach long-lasting effect and wishes
to survive in competitive surrounding determine use of electronic business potential, which can
help to get a competitive advantage. The basis of electronic business is application of
information and communication technologies having changed the usual conception of business
and having formed the conditions for business development worldwide. The extents of business
partners’ cooperation determine improving of electronic business models.
The analysis of the conception of Electronic business models working and the problem aspects is
presented in the article. With the reference to the analysis of academic works the conceptions of
traditional business and Internet business are summarized, the structure of electronic business model
is described. The classification of electronic business models according to the consumer’s type is
offered. Considering Electronic business models, which are used in usual practice, the analysis of four
business models, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages is presented. So, as it was
mentioned above, new information technologies inevitably influence traditional business, its
transformation. As traditional
business has used Internet
, lately it becomes vital for companies, which
aim to survive in competitive environment. If this technology is used properly in ordinary business
processes, it allows to control business efficiently, to broaden the audience of customers and to
increase selling. Consumers can communicate with state institutions directly and by Internet, they
have possibility to get information about various juridical acts, which are presented throughout
government database, and to perform other operations. Interaction between consumers and business
objects is sure to exist. It usually takes place in retail trade and is defined as bargains between
business organizations and an individual consumer, which are made directly or by Internet. The
researches show that the general purpose of a business model is to define structurally how the
company creates and lends value to participants of business process and how these participants
contact in further chain of value.
