SUMMARY 

In  this  manual  the  theory  of  designing  of  measuring  devices,  design  bases, 

modeling during creation of a design, the rule and the principles of designing, use 

of  information  technologies  in  a  designing  process,  identification  of  patentable 

designs,  methods  of  search  of  technical  solutions,  designing  of  sensors  and 

converters as basic elements of the measuring device and also a role of measuring 

devices  in  improvement  of  quality  and  competitiveness  in  production  and 

rendering services are opened.
