The veterinary schools require an official transcript from each postsecondary institution attended. A single transcript that lists 

course work from multiple colleges is not acceptable. If, however, you completed course work at more than one campus of a 

school, and that school reports all courses for all campuses on one transcript, list only the school, college district, or central 

campus and send a single transcript for those courses. If you are attending an institution and taking courses at a secondary 

institution under a cooperative agreement, and the courses will appear on the primary institution’s transcript as regular (not 

transfer) credit, do not list the secondary institution. Similarly, if you participated in education abroad under the auspices of a

U.S. school and the international course work appears on the transcript for the U.S. school as regular credit, list only the 

U.S. school and NOT the international institution.
