The centre of social adaptation of the minors and youth:
 establishment of 
social service intended for social adaptation at an initial stage to independent life of 
the  graduates  of  children's  houses  and  schools  -  boarding  schools  for  children, 
parents,  who  have  stayed  without  care  special  schools  -  boarding  schools  for 
children  having  deviation(rejection)  in  intellectual  and  physical  development 
special  of  establishments,  houses  -  boarding  schools  for  the  children  -  invalids, 
minor  and  young  people  which  have  come  back  from  âîñïèòàòåëüíûõ  êîëîíèé, 
investigation isolators and other establishments of compulsory isolation. 
The  centre  of  social  service  of  the  citizens  of  elderly  age  and  invalids:
 
establishment of social service intended for realization to organizational, practical 
and coordination activity on rendering of social services to the citizens of elderly 
age and the invalids.
