Why old people dislike changes? 
It would be because as people grow old, their brain doesn’t work as effectively 
as before and any abrupt change would cause them traumatic effects. Elderly 
people have already been used to the old ways of doing things and expecting 
them  to  cope  with  new  changes  seems  counterproductive.  For  example  it’s 
difficult  for  an  aged  citizen  to  learn  how  to  operate  an  air-conditioner  as  he 
might  not  know  which  button  to  adjust  the  fans’  speed  or  increase  the 
temperature in the room.
