display output on the screen. It is time to learn how to use data files when
writing  a  program.  Python  has  basic  methods  and  functions,  which  are
essential to manipulate files without you performing any operation on them.

Open Function
Before you think of writing or reading a file in Python, you have to open it
through the inbuilt open() function. This creates a file object, which you can
use to call other methods related to it. The syntax is as follow:
file object = open(file_name [, access_mode][, buffering])
file_name:  This  is  a  string  value,  which  contains  the  particular
file you want to access
access_mode:  This  determines  the  mode  by  which  the  file  in
question will be opened. For instance, append, write, or read.
Buffering:  If  you  set  this  value  to  0,  nothing  will  take  place.
However,  setting  the  buffering  value  to  1  will  perform  line
buffering  when  accessing  the  file.  For  buffering  values  greater
than  1,  the  action  will  be  performed  alongside  the  indicated
buffer size.
