1.Overview 

1.1 Description 

This  manual  describes  the  functional  of  the  Model  1010A  loading 

system.  

It  sets  out  the  various  programming  steps  necessary  to  configure 

the  instrument  for  a  particular  installation.  Topics  covered  are  the 

standard  system  functions,  the  setting  of  the  date  and  time, 

optional  parameters,  control  valve  selection  and  communication 

set-up for host computers. 

1.2 Terminology and Conventions 

In  this  document,  “instrument”  refers  to  the  generic  Model  1010A 

loading 

system, and “computer” refers to the attached computer--

Distributed Control System (DCS). 

Liter and Liter/Minute are used as the default units throughout this 

manual. When other units are programmed in the instrument (such 

as  Gallons),  the  units  in  other  programmable  and  displayed 

parameters change accordingly.  

An asterisk (*) denotes default options.
