Section 77ff 
1.  The costs of juvenile detention and the measure of detention in an institution for juveniles shall be 
borne by the State. 
2.  Rules on the enforcement of custodial sentences and measures involving deprivation of liberty as 
referred to in section 77h and the legal position of juveniles shall be laid down by or pursuant to the 
law. 
3.   Rules pertaining to the provision by the State of a contribution to the preparation and 
implementation of  
a.  projects as referred to in sections 77e and 77f(1)(b), 
b.  community service orders as referred to in section 77h(2), and 
c.  measures pertaining to the conduct of the juvenile as referred to in section 77h(4)(b), 
 
may be laid down by Governmental Decree.  
 
4.  Further rules pertaining to the content of community service, the enforcement of community service 
and the rights and obligations of the offender sentenced to community service shall be set by and 
pursuant to Governmental Decree. In addition, the number of hours of a training project, referred to 
in section 77m(4), may be derogated from if the nature of the training project gives cause to do so.
