Section 77n 
1.  In its judgment in which community service is imposed, the court shall order the imposition of 
default juvenile detention in the event the convicted offender fails to satisfactorily complete the 
community service. 
2.  The term of default juvenile detention shall be set in whole days, weeks or months. 
3.  The term of default juvenile detention shall amount to a minimum of one day and a maximum of 
four months. A maximum of one day shall be imposed for each two hours of community service. 
4.  Where a part of the community service has been completed, the term of default juvenile detention 
shall be reduced proportionately. If as a result of this reduction, default juvenile detention would 
have to be served for a part of a day, the number of days shall be rounded up to the nearest 
amount of whole days.
