international students program. It was analyzed under the Québec Immigration Act (CQLR, chapter 

I-0.2.1)  and  the  Québec  Immigration  Regulation  (CQLR,  chapter  I-0.2.1,  r.  3,  hereinafter 

“Regulation”). 

 

However,  following  our  review,  we  advise  you  of  our  intention  to  refuse  your  application  for 

temporary selection for studies since you do not meet the following condition(s):

Consequently,  we  ask  you  to  send  us  the  document(s)  mentioned  below
