events to attract readers. It would be expedient to create audiobooks on air, to create various TV and 
radio programs dedicated to books, to discuss literary news.
Thus, the development of reading among young people, their interest in reading seems at first 
glance a small issue, but at a time of rapid globalization, in an era of efforts to fill the minds of young 
people with various alien ideas, to mislead them, this initiative should be seen as an urgent and urgent 
measure.
Because reading is one of the main factors of today’s youth policy, it helps young people to spend 
their free time meaningfully and effectively, including the development of spiritual, moral, patriotic 
and hardworking feelings, and most importantly to choose the right path in the future and reduce 
crime among them does.

Annotation: In pedagogical technology, the main goal is for the student to think critically. There 
are many types of advanced pedagogical technologies. These methods can be used depending on the 
age, psychological characteristics and level of knowledge of students. The organization of education 
on the basis of modern technologies is based on the formation of educational technology, educational 
technology and information technology. There is a growing need for specialists who are fluent in 
foreign languages.
